Platform Manager
Position Overview
The Platform Manager will be responsible for managing requirements and optimizing the platforms that deliver learning experiences to customers, ensuring seamless integration, scalability, and exceptional user experience. The Platform Manager will work closely with the Content Production team, Service Line Managers, and the Learning Experience Design team to align platform capabilities with content production workflows. You will ensure that publishing processes, platform integrations, and content discoverability standards are supported by robust systems and efficient operations.
Responsibilities
Partner with the Content Production team to ensure platform capabilities support editorial vision, publishing workflows, and content performance goals
Align platform governance with content production standards for discoverability, accessibility, and AI retrievability
Oversee day-to-day operations of learning platforms (LMS, content hubs, integrations), ensuring reliability and compliance
Manage vendor relationships and coordinate updates, maintenance, and feature enhancements
Collaborate with digital transformation teams to implement and maintain integrations between learning platform, content hubs, and enterprise systems to streamline content publishing
Support scalable workflows for live and on-demand content delivery in collaboration with content production teams
Collaborate with production managers, UX designers, content producers and QA teams to ensure platforms deliver intuitive, accessible, and high-quality learning experiences
Monitor platform performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize disruptions
Track platform usage and performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities
Provide insights to inform decisions on platform enhancements and integration improvements
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Education Technology, or related field
5+ years of experience managing learning platforms or enterprise systems
Strong understanding of LMS, CMS, and integration technologies (APIs, SSO)
Proven ability to manage complex technical projects and collaborate across teams
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Salary transparency
Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For Canada-BC based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $80,300 and $117,810. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.Sales Careers
