Head of CRM (Lifecycle & Behavioral Marketing)
We operate two of the fastest-growing social sweepstakes gaming platforms in North America, high-velocity product development, and rapid user growth. We are building the most psychologically intelligent, retention-driven lifecycle in the industry, and we’re looking for a  Head of CRM  who can architect it.

This is not a “send emails and manage Klaviyo” role. It is a  behavioral psychology + strategy + narrative + conversion architecture  role.

You will design the entire user journey, from the first impression to activation, conversion, retention, and beyond — and elevate our CRM output to world‑class standards.

About the Role
We are looking for a  strategic, psychology-driven lifecycle leader  who deeply understands:

user behavior

emotional sequencing

habit loops (F2P-style)

conversion psychology

retention architecture

game engagement patterns

influencer narrative

how to build CRM systems that change user behavior

Your mission is simple:

Own Day‑0 → Day‑30 lifecycle and dramatically increase retention, activation, and first-purchase conversion.  This is a  high-impact, high-visibility role  within a founder‑led organization.

What You’ll Own (End-to-End)
Strategic Lifecycle Architecture

Build the complete CRM strategy across  email, push, SMS, and in-app messaging

Own the Day 0 → Day 30 journey (activation, conversion, retention loops)

Create psychological sequencing, emotional arcs, and progression-based messaging

Architect behavioral nudges modeled after top F2P retention systems

Influencer-Driven CRM

Integrate  influencer voice, personality, and storytelling  into lifecycle flows

Build creator-driven CRM campaigns tied to big wins, jackpots, and events

Conversion Optimization

Lead narrative-driven activation funnels (e.g., $1 first spin, welcome offers, bonuses)

Reduce friction and increase early engagement (GC → SC pathways, warm-up flows)

Design game recommendation flows tied to user state & intent

Retention & Engagement

Build reactivation flows, long-term retention funnels, mission systems, and habit loops

Collaborate with Product and Casino teams to map CRM around game events

Experimentation & Data

Own A/B testing frameworks for subject lines, copy, timing, bundles, and sequencing

Interpret lifecycle analytics to drive continuous optimization

Monitor inbox placement and deliverability; proactively solve issues

Team Leadership

Lead, mentor, and elevate the current CRM execution team

Set standards for copy, tone, pacing, narrative, and emotional resonance

Build a CRM culture of experimentation, iteration, and psychological insight

What You Bring
Required

5–10+ years in CRM, Lifecycle, Retention, or Behavioral Marketing

Experience in  F2P mobile gaming, social gaming, subscription apps, or fintech

Deep understanding of  user psychology, habit formation, and engagement loops

Expert-level copywriting ability (tone, cadence, narrative, persuasion)

Ability to design  multi-touch lifecycle journeys  end-to-end

Strong data literacy & A/B testing experience

Experience leading CRM teams or cross-functional lifecycle initiatives

Comfort operating in a fast-moving, founder-driven environment

Bonus

Experience with slot-style or casino-style game loops

Experience with influencer-driven CRM

Familiarity with Optimove, Braze, Iterable, Leanplum, Customer.io, or similar systems
