Sr. Service Now Pre-Sales Consultant

Remote – Canada | Permanent, Full-Time

Join a growing Enterprise Service Management (ESM) Practice with a leading Canadian organization. In this role, you'll collaborate with the Sales team to design and present tailored Service Now solutions, manage proof of concept (PoC) engagements, and support the development of proposals and technical documentation for large enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary technical contact for Sales and prospective clients

Configure and maintain Service Now demo environments

Lead discovery sessions and present tailored Service Now solutions

Support the creation of sales proposals, scope of work documents, and RFP/RFI responses

Translate business requirements into detailed technical deliverables

Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise stakeholders

Must Have Skills

3+ years in a Service Now consulting or pre-sales role

Experience with Service Now modules such as ITSM,CSM, SPM, HRSD, ITAM/SAM, or ITOM

Proven experience leading PoC (
proof of concept)engagementsand discovery workshops

Strong presentation and solutioning skills for enterprise clients

Nice to Have Skills

Service Now CIS certifications

Experience working with C-level stakeholders

Familiarity with enterprise sales cycles and proposal development
