What You'll Do

As our new Telecom Analyst
, you will support the day‑to‑day management of telecom services across the organization, ensuring seamless onboarding and offboarding, accurate documentation, and high‑quality service delivery. Working within Corporate IT, this role plays a key part in telecom operations, vendor coordination, and change management, while supporting Wireless, IT Operations, and Security initiatives. This is an execution‑focused role suited to someone highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, service‑driven environment.

This position is a 6‑month fixed‑term contract.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage employee telecom requests across onboarding, offboarding, changes, cancellations, and renewals, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Monitor and manage telecom‑related tickets and tasks in Service Now (SNOW) and Jira, ensuring adherence to defined processes and service levels.
  • Maintain accurate telecom documentation, records, and CMDB (Configuration Management Database) data, including policies, procedures, and knowledge base articles.
  • Coordinate with IT Operations, People Operations, and Security teams to support telecom‑related projects and operational changes.
  • Support vendor management activities, working with external telecom providers and managed service partners to resolve issues and maintain service quality.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within telecom operations to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Assist with incident monitoring and resolution, anticipating potential issues and escalating where appropriate.
  • Prepare and maintain telecom process documentation, standards, and troubleshooting guides to support consistent service delivery.
What You'll Bring
  • 2+ years of experience in IT Support, Telecom Operations, Customer Service, or a related service‑oriented role.
  • Diploma or degree in Telecommunications, Networking, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
  • Experience working with IT service management tools such as Service Now (SNOW), Jira, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Comfortable working with external vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver high‑quality service outcomes.
