Project Manager- IT

Job Description

The IT Project Manager will coordinate, track, and drive progress across approximately 18 active projects in the Data & AI portfolio, while also supporting cybersecurity initiatives. This individual will manage reporting, administration, and vendor collaboration, ensuring that processes are executed and closed effectively. The role requires a seasoned professional who thrives in ambiguity, adapts to ad‑hoc tasks, and is comfortable working across time zones with global stakeholders.

• Manage and monitor multiple data, AI, and cybersecurity initiatives under the ship digitalization program
• Maintain project documentation, prepare status reports, and track deliverables across ~20 projects (ranging from 1 week to multi year)
• Partner with professional services firms to ensure deliverables are aligned and processes completed
• Oversee and integrate cybersecurity considerations into Data & AI projects
• Accommodate meetings and deadlines across time zones

• 8-10 years of IT project management experience, preferably in large enterprise environments.
• Strong background in Data & AI initiatives; familiarity with cybersecurity practices.
• Comfortable with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and ad‑hoc tasks.
• Proven ability to work with external vendors and professional services firms.
• Highly motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
