Overview
Resource specialist-US/Canada (SAP and Non-SAP) – Informatica IDMC CDI/CAI Developer - Vancouver (Contract)
Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain data integration solutions using Informatica CDI for batch and real time processing.
- Build, orchestrate, and optimize API based and event driven workflows using Informatica CAI.
- Develop and enhance ETL/ELT mappings, taskflows, transformations, and integrations within the IDMC platform.
- Create and maintain service connectors (REST/SOAP, Swagger, WSDL) and manage integration with on prem and cloud systems.
- Troubleshoot integration issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure data quality, reliability, and performance across workflows.
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable integration solutions.
- Ensure adherence to integration best practices, maintain documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement of integration frameworks.
- Support Dev Ops aligned delivery using export/import automation and CI/CD friendly integration approaches.
- 3–7+ years of hands on experience in Informatica Cloud Data Integration (CDI) and Cloud Application Integration (CAI).
- Strong understanding of ETL/ELT, data integration concepts, and data warehousing fundamentals.
- Proficiency in REST/SOAP, API design, service connectors, and integration standards.
- Experience building event driven, real time, and API orchestrated business processes.
- Strong SQL skills with experience in relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, Postgre
SQL, etc.). - Working knowledge of cloud environments (AWS / Azure / GCP).
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
