As a Cloud Security Engineer in our multi-cloud organization, you will be responsible for ensuring unified security governance across all cloud environments, implementing robust controls to protect infrastructure and data, and continuously monitoring for vulnerabilities and threats. You will play a critical role in developing consistent security policies, managing identity and access frameworks, and leveraging automation and threat intelligence to detect, respond, and evolve our cloud security posture.

You’ll embed security into CI/CD, drive continuous compliance, and partner with Dev Ops and engineering to keep our cloud infrastructure resilient and audit ready.

What you'll do:

  • Implement and maintain cloud protection technologies. Integrate and manage cloud security platforms and deploy security controls for posture management, threat detection, and compliance. (IAM, VPC/networking, encryption, key management)
  • Monitor cloud activity and respond to security incidents. Run vulnerability assessments and coordinate remediation using state of the art assessment & monitoring platforms.
  • Continuous improvement of cloud playbooks. Build monitoring, alerting, and incident response workflows with best-of-class tooling.
  • Cloud architecture. Support cloud migrations with security-by-design and regulatory alignment.
  • Compliance measurement and reporting. Implement and report against frameworks/standards (CIS Benchmarks, NIST, SOC 2, GDPR).
  • Program development. Develop scripts and tools (Python, Bash, Power Shell) for policy audits, drift detection, and controls enforcement.

What you have:

  • 3–5 years of experience in cloud security controls & vulnerability management, SIEM, and incident response in cloud environments.
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Engineering
  • In-depth knowledge in AWS services, Git Hub, CICD
  • Strong understanding of IAM (AWS IAM, Entra , PIM & MFA) and least privilege design.
  • Certifications such as AWS Certified Security – Speciality, CCSP or CISSP, CCSP.
  • Deep understanding of AWS Well-Architected Framework and SDLC
  • Clear communication and the ability to partner with Dev Ops/engineering teams.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

The typical hiring range for this position is $91,000 - $115,000 annually complemented by a bonus plan; the base pay is determined by market location and job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and education.
