Responsive Ads is currently looking for a QA Engineering Lead to bring deep experience and understanding of modern QA and to set up an efficient QA process & team from scratch. You will be responsible for setting up processes for manual testing, optimizing infrastructure for automated testing, and writing those tests. You will manage a team of several testers and work with clients to debug and document their issues, and work closely with product and developers to ensure that issues are fixed and pushed to production on time.

• Build and maintain key feature lists for test case development and automation
• Analyse and clarify requirements with internal stakeholders
• Plan and execute testing processes
• Write test cases
• Conduct and manage functional testing
• Identify and track problem areas
• Manage and discuss fixes with developers
• Maintain test documentation

• 5 years of experience with testing and QA
• 3 years of proven software development skills
• Experience with test automation frameworks
• Understanding of responsive design
• Debugging and troubleshooting skills
• Strong consistency and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Enjoy working in a virtual, global team environment
• Passionate about delivering high quality work with a customer‑first attitude

• HTML5 and related development skills
• Debugging trafficking issues
• Technical Ad Operations experience (Google Ad Manager, DV360, Data Studio)
