We are looking for a Labour and Employment Associate who enjoys working collaboratively, providing practical solutions to clients, and contributing to a supportive team environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants hands‑on experience, strong mentorship, and the chance to develop a long‑term career in workplace law.
Qualifications- 3+ years of post‑call experience in labour and employment law
- Experience advising employers on a broad range of workplace law matters including labour relations, human rights and employment
- Strong advocacy skills with experience in labour arbitration, and labour board and human rights proceedings
- Excellent drafting, research, and analytical skills with a practical, solution‑focused approach
- A client‑service mindset with the ability to provide clear, business‑oriented advice
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a collaborative, team‑based environment
- Interest in ongoing professional development and mentorship
- Member in good standing of the Law Society of British Columbia (or eligibility for transfer)
- Commitment to a management‑side practice in Vancouver or Kelowna

CompensationThe expected salary range for this position is $142,000 - $235,000 annually, taking into account the candidate’s skills, experience, and job‑related knowledge, as well as internal and market equity.
