• Draft pleadings, conduct research, manage discovery, and assist with hearing prep
• Work directly with partners and appear in court on appropriate matters
• Play an active role in litigation strategy and client communication

• 1 - 2 years of litigation experience at a mid-size or large firm
• Strong written advocacy, sound judgment, and attention to detail
• Team-oriented, adaptable, and proactive
• Interest in commercial or regulatory litigation is an asset

• Early courtroom experience and high-impact work
