Our client, a progressive and forward-looking law firm with offices across the Lower Mainland, is seeking an employment lawyer with three or more years of experience, or a strong civil litigator with meaningful employment law exposure, to support the continued growth of its employment practice. This is an opportunity for a driven self-starter who wants to grow a practice, help build a department, and take advantage of an established workflow supplemented by firm resources.
Existing book of business is an asset but not required. The firm offers a low billable target, flexible and competitive compensation, and an entrepreneurial environment with strong investment in marketing, professional development, and long-term growth.
