** Role Description
** This role provides housekeeping support to Rondalyn RV Resort, focusing on the cleaning and upkeep of resort buildings and guest accommodations. We are looking for someone who is the right fit for our team. An ideal candidate has availability of 40 per week, including weekend availability. If you are dependable with a strong work ethic, we are willing to provide all the training necessary.

This is a great opportunity with the potential for a summer contract position or a permanent part-time position.
** ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
*** Clean and sanitize guest cabins, including bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and bedrooms
* Maintain the cleanliness of common resort buildings such as the clubhouse, laundry facilities, washrooms, and office areas
* Replenish supplies as needed
* Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust all assigned areas
* Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly
* Follow all health and safety regulations and resort policies
* Assist with deep cleaning tasks during turnover periods or seasonal transitions
* Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good condition
* Other duties as required.
** EDUCATION and/or

EXPERIENCE:

*** High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience;
Clean Driver’s Abstract and clean background/criminal check required
* Landscaping or previous maintenance experience an asset.
** SKILLS & ABILITIES:
*** Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
* Ability to lift, push and pull up to 25lbs frequently and up to 50lbs infrequently; ability to work at heights
* Excellent oral & written communication skills
* Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and organizational skills
* Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail and time management skills
* Physically able to perform cleaning duties, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
* Friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with guests and staff
* The expected annualized base salary range for this role is $20-22 per hour.
** The actual salary offered will take into consideration a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the individual’s skill, experience, education and training, the market compensation of the role, and the consideration to internal equity.
