POSITION OVERVIEW

Pacific First Aid is partnered with the Canadian Red Cross to serve you in your first aid certification needs. Pacific First Aid specializes in private group training sessions at our own facility or  also carry a wide variety of First Aid supplies and engage with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and present suitable product or service solutions. We focus on practical skills that prepare you for any major or minor emergencies that you may encounter in your daily life.

37.5 (9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday)

• Accurately pick and pack first aid products for customer orders.
• Prepare orders for shipment including boxing, labeling, and sealing.
• Generate shipping labels and coordinate courier pickups.
• Pick and pack first aid kits.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe workstations.
• Ensure all items are checked for quality, expiry, and accuracy before shipment.
• Follow proper procedures for lot/batch tracking and FIFO (First In, First Out).
• Assist in restocking, inventory counts, and general warehouse duties as needed.
• Comply with company safety protocols and procedures.

• High school diploma
• Fluency in English
• Ability to lift/carry, push or pull up to 50 pounds, climb ladders without assistance
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Analytical and detail-minded with decent problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in a cooler environment
• Good command of MS office
• Previous warehouse experience as an asset

• Ability to operate a powered pallet jack and/or forklift
• Previous experience in a produce related field or wholesale field as an asset
• Fluency in second language is an asset
