We are looking for a hands-on Building Operator to join our team at Langara Gardens, a large residential community in Vancouver’s Oakridge neighbourhood. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for a 4 th Class Power Engineer who enjoys working with building systems and takes pride in maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for residents.

This role will support the day-to-day operations of the property, including inspections and maintenance of boilers, HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems. You’ll also respond to tenant work orders and help ensure the property is operating efficiently and in excellent condition. While experience is an asset, this role does not include supervisory responsibilities which makes it a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their skills in a supportive team setting.

The ideal candidate is a strong problem-solver who enjoys hands-on work, adapts easily to different building environments, and takes pride in delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting. The working hours are Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm with rotational on-call and possible weekend shifts.

Salary Range: $80,000 to $88,000
