Industrial Sewing Machine Operator (Multiple Openings)

Martket Textile is growing, and we’re hiring skilled Industrial Sewing Machine Operators to join our Made-in-Canada manufacturing team in Vancouver. This is a great opportunity to work in a clean, modern facility with both specialized and mid‑scale production capabilities. In this role, you’ll operate and maintain industrial sewing machines to produce high‑quality garments and consumer textile products for a range of North American fashion partners and retailers.

Experience with different fabrics, sewing techniques, and strong attention to detail is highly valued.

• Operate industrial sewing machines to sew, join, gather, hem, or reinforce materials
• Follow patterns and specifications to produce accurate and high‑quality products
• Inspect finished products for quality assurance and make necessary adjustments
• Perform routine maintenance on sewing machines and troubleshoot any issues
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures

• Proven experience as an Industrial Sewing Machine Operator
• Familiarity with various types of sewing machines and techniques
• Experience with Heat Bonding Machines, Ultrasonic Welding Machines, or Taping Machines is an asset
• Ability to read and interpret patterns and specifications
• Strong attention to detail and precision
• Excellent hand‑eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to sit or stand for long periods and lift up to 20‑30 pounds
