Key Responsibilities- Lead pattern development from concept to final product, integrating advanced construction techniques and digital tools.
- Translate 2D sketches into technical patterns, ensuring performance, fit, function and innovation intent.
- Manage multiple product streams, drive pattern engineering of elite performance apparel, and collaborate with Design, Research, Athlete Testing, Raw Materials, and Sports Marketing teams.
- Identify and provide innovative construction and fit solutions for athletes across different activities.
- Produce advanced constructions that lead to ownable propositions and maintain excellence in performance, fit and aesthetics.
- Mentor and share knowledge with teammates, fostering a collaborative, knowledge‑sharing environment.
- Work cross‑functionally within Product Innovation to integrate new ideas into the product pipeline.
- Deep passion for developing innovative, performance‑oriented apparel that redefines the on‑body experience of elite athletes.
- Comprehensive knowledge in pattern engineering, fit and construction with a clear understanding of the athletics market and culture.
- Expertise in performance product construction, trims, materials and apparel manufacturing with keen eye for detail.
- Collaborative mindset, eager to work across teams to bring ideas to life.
- Experience leading pattern engineering from concept to final product, including pressure testing, fittings and wear‑testing.
- Strong communication skills, capable of presenting complex ideas clearly and inspiringly.
- Commitment to continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Apparel, Pattern Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 8 years in performance apparel industry.
- Expert knowledge in Gerber Pattern Making and/or 3D software (CLO, Browzwear).
- Proficient in athlete product testing best practices, product planning, logistics, and process planning.
- Understanding of GTM calendar dates and gates; ability to adjust project plans for tight timelines.
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.

Compensation range: $119,200 – $156,500 CAD annually (base pay based on market location). Eligible for our annual bonus program subject to program eligibility. Total rewards include:
