Senior Engineer I – Integrations Technology

Core Responsibilities- Contribute to Agile ceremonies and mentor a team of engineers.
- Guide daily processes as a Technology Manager and be the central escalation point for production concerns.
- Participate in an Agile production release team and perform on‑call support as needed.
- Maintain a deep understanding of how delivered products function and keep production systems performing.
- Conduct research to aid in product troubleshooting, optimization, development, and tool selection.
- Provide an escalation point and participate in on‑call support rotations.
- Actively monitor key metrics and report on trends.
- Contribute to engineering automation, management, and development of production‑level systems.
- Contribute to project engineering design and standards verification.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or significant industry experience).
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- 4 years of hands‑on experience with Java, JavaScript (Node.js or similar), AWS Lambda, Kafka, Spring, SOAP & REST services, and Git.
- Proven track record building highly available and secure cloud services.
- Experience with MACH architecture, automated testing, continuous integration, and continuous delivery.
- 5+ years of experience with API management (Apigee/Kong), Python/Node.js, and Graph
QL. - Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Travis.
- Experience using bug tracking and task management tools like JIRA.
- Developed solutions for eCommerce or related domains such as manufacturing, logistics, or shared services.
- Ability to lead and mentor engineers.

Compensation and BenefitsThe typical hiring range for this position is $123,500 – $162,100 annually (base pay is based on market location). Permanent employees may be eligible for a competitive annual bonus program.
