The Project Manager will coordinate, manage, and facilitate the implementation, management, and administration of approximately 2 million in grants. They will also be working with IZWTAG Staff while supporting the Executive Director.

• Writing Proposal’s/Grant funding application that aligns with IZWTAG’s scope and mandate.
• Developing and tracking Project budgets & Project Schedules.
• Liaising with Clients.
• Ensure reporting and accountability requirements of grants/proposals are met.
• Working with ISC representatives.

As an indigenous-led organization, IZWTAG aims to recruit First Nations personnel. Additionally, the role is for someone who has:

• Demonstrated experience working with First Nation communities.
• Proven capability to work independently.
• 2 to 5 years writing grants and/or proposals.
• Strong knowledge of Recycling, Composting, Infrastructure/ACRS reports and/or ISC policies and programs.

IZWTAG operates on a Monday to Thursday, Flexible schedule. This position will have flexible working hours, which may lead into a full-time position.
