This Vancouver clinic is looking to have a Nurse Practitioner join their clinical team. As part of a multi‑disciplinary approach to full‑service family medicine, an interested NP would work collaboratively in the team environment and start their own patient panel as per Ministry requirements. This will be a full‑time or part‑time salaried position. The clinic is excited to add to their team a Nurse Practitioner interested in working together to provide primary care for the surrounding community of patients.

This initiative is part of Primary Care Networks (PCNs) evolving in Vancouver. Location: Oak/Shaughnessy neighbourhood, few minutes walk/drive from VGH, BC Women’s and BC Children’s hospital.

Facilities: 6 exam rooms and 1 shared physician’s office; 2–4 MOAs available to provide support for optimal patient care.

Provide primary family medicine care as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Build and manage your own patient panel in accordance with Ministry requirements.

Collaborate with physicians and community partners to contribute to PCN development.

Utilize the EMR system (Med Access) for efficient clinical documentation and workflow.

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner in British Columbia.
• Experience in primary care and family medicine preferred.
• Strong collaborative and team‑based approach.
• Ability to work independently and manage own patient panel.
