TLC Medical Clinic – Fraser is looking to have a Nurse Practitioner join their clinical team. As part of a team‑based approach to full‑service family medicine, you will work collaboratively within the team and establish your own patient panel as required by the Ministry. This position can be full‑time or part‑time and is salaried. You will be committed to working together to deliver primary care to the local community as part of the Primary Care Networks (PCNs) initiative in Vancouver.

Registered Nurse Practitioner with health‑care experience in family or primary care. Willingness to work as part of a team and support the development of PCNs.

Desired:
Experience in a multi‑disciplinary practice, familiarity with the Oscar Pro EMR, and ability to collaborate with specialists in gynecology, endocrinology, mental health, and dermatology.

Flexible scheduling, supportive physician‑owned practice, cross‑coverage, free parking for all staff, access to a broad support system, and opportunities for in‑house referrals. The clinic is modern, with 11 exam rooms and dedicated offices for physicians and nurse practitioners. Operating on a 7‑day model with 9‑am‑5‑pm hours (adjustable). The clinic serves a diverse patient population and offers family practice care from pediatrics to geriatrics and virtual mental health counseling.

Hours: Monday‑Friday 9 am‑5 pm (hours and days adjustable per practitioner’s availability & preference)
