Key Responsibilities:

• Assess resident needs and develop personalized care plans
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and community partners to provide holistic care
• Conduct audits, lead care conferences, and drive quality improvement initiatives
• Coach and educate nursing staff on industry best practices
• Foster a positive, safe environment for both residents and team

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Psychiatric Nurse (RPN) with active BCCNM registration
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent nursing experience, including 2+ years in clinical leadership
• Proven expertise in gerontological nursing (3-5 years preferred)
• Valid First Aid and CPR certificates;
  Clean criminal record check
