At Plan Group, we work on landmark projects that push the boundaries of what's possible, as the Electrical and Technology contractor for the New St. Paul's Hospital project, we are expanding our team and seeking a driven Electrical and IMIT Quality Inspector.

This is an exceptional opportunity for you work alongside a talented team on a significant project.

As the successful candidate for this role, you will be responsible for a range of activities, including but not limited to:

Dimensional inspections

Review of Material Test Reports

Audit Receiving and other internal processes

Visual inspections

Electrical test witnessing

Execute Electrical Inspection and Test Plans

Perform Source Inspections, In-Process Inspections and Final Inspections

Complete all associated documentation;
Quality Control reports, sign-off on installation completion and code compliance, review and confirm as-built drawings, etc.

Verification of Calibration of measuring and test equipment

Additionally, you must meet the following experience requirements:

A minimum of 5 years experience in the field

Red Seal Journeyperson Electrician

Preference will be given to FRS A or B ticket

IMIT systems and/or previous inspection experience is a bonus

Good communication and organizational skills

Computer literate in MS Office software

Good knowledge of the latest British Columbia Safety Codes and Standata

Good understanding of CEC code
