Met Cap Living Management Inc is one of Canada’s largest private third party property managers specializing in multi-residential property management. We are a growth oriented company with our head office located in Toronto, Ontario and property operations in British Columbia, Ontario, Quebec, Nova Scotia and New Brunswick. Presently we own/manage over $2 billion in residential assets.

We're in search of a full time leasing agent. Met Cap Living is currently in search of a Professional Full time leasing agent in BC.

• College/University Diploma preferred
• Two years related leasing/sales experience within the property management industry
• Strong verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient with Office and Yardi required
• Able to work flexible hours as needed, including evenings and weekends
• Active driver s license and a reliable car
• Can work on the weekends and holidays
• Advertising and Marketing experience is an asset

• Handle all telephone, email and walk-in inquiries in a professional manner
• Process qualifying prospects
• Encourage appointments or viewings with all prospective callers with proper follow up
• Touring the property with prospects as you answer questions about the numerous amenities, local community
• Assist prospects in qualifying for an apartment by collecting appropriate information and initiating background checks
• Ensure units are prepared for move-in in a timely manner
• Excellent customer service to residents to exceed their expectations
• Resident retention
• Coordinate paperwork related to apartment rentals, leases and payment
• Quarterly market surveys
• Other duties and/or procedures as required
• Available evenings and weekends
• Access to a vehicle
