A leading agricultural research institution is seeking a Soil Health Lab Technician to evaluate soil samples and contribute to research for improved farm resilience to climate change. The successful candidate will analyze samples using lab instruments, compile data, and assist in developing soil health strategies. The position requires proficiency in Excel, lab experience, and a BC Class 5 Driver's License.

Candidates should have a keen interest in agriculture or soil science and possess strong communication and teamwork skills.
