Reporting to the Merchandise Manager – Retail & Wholesale, the Wholesale Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing Left On Friday’s wholesale channel. You will nurture relationships with existing partners, identify new wholesale opportunities, and ensure brand integrity is upheld across all touchpoints. This role blends strategic account management, sales analysis, operational coordination, and premium customer service.
Core Responsibilities- Manage day‑to‑day communication with wholesale partners to ensure exceptional service and brand alignment.
- Maintain and grow revenue across assigned accounts through assortment planning, sell‑through analysis, and seasonal sales strategies.
- Work closely with retail partners to present seasonal collections, product knowledge, and merchandising recommendations.
- Identify new wholesale opportunities in key markets and support onboarding of new partners.
- Collaborate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely order processing, fulfillment, and inventory allocation.
- Forecast seasonal needs, monitor stock levels, and proactively communicate availability or potential issues.
- Prepare and manage order forms, line sheets, pricing updates, and sales materials.
- Track weekly and monthly sell‑through, identifying trends and opportunities to optimize assortment.
- Produce account performance reports and share insights with internal cross‑functional teams.
- Monitor the competitive landscape and provide feedback on market trends.
- Ensure all wholesale partners represent Left On Friday with consistency across merchandising, marketing, and customer experience.
- Support training sessions, in‑store events, and product knowledge initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 7+ years experience in a similar role within a product merchandising environment.
- Strong awareness of lifestyle and fashion trends.
- Proven ability to drive performance.
- Extensive experience in product costing and retail math.
- Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong knowledge of data and systems, with amazing Excel skills.
- Positive, enthusiastic leader whom people love to work with and for.
- Strong independent worker who makes sound business decisions, can multi‑task and pivot and prioritize as required.
- Collaborative, thrives in fast‑paced environments, and loves to bring people together on the journey.
- Excellent written and verbal communication – clear and succinct.
Must be based in Vancouver, BC.
Hybrid3 days in office, 2 days remote.
Salary Band$80,000 – $100,000.
