YOUR ROLE We are seeking an experienced Boutique leader who will be an Ambassador of the Maison, responsible for the development and optimization of the boutique operations by leading and motivating the boutique team to drive sales performance and ensure outstanding client service, while maximizing sales and profit potential of the boutique.

• Drive boutique sales and performance.
• Lead customer relation management and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Plan and participate in marketing and event activities for the boutique.
• Hold responsibility for team management and people development.
• Oversee boutique reporting and operations.

What will make you successful? Success in this role will require a blend of executive leadership, analytical insight, and personal integrity.

• College degree preferred.
• 7+ years previous experience in a management role (watches or high-value luxury product preferred).
• Strong understanding of customer service needs and customer priorities.
• Knowledge of the local market.
• Excellent computer skills.
• SAP exposure is a plus.
• Additional language skills are a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and with precision.
• Self-starter with a team-player approach.
• Must be available to work retail hours including nights and weekends.

Expected Salary Range: $90,000–$120,000 annually, negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.
