We are one of Canada’s fastest-growing and most successful retail chains. As a Stocking Team Leader, you will oversee the Stocking Team members and ensure the store is ready for opening. This role is vital to the operational requirements of the store and enhances our ability to provide optimal customer service on the general sales floor.
Responsibilities and qualifications:
- Oversee Stocking Team members to prepare the store for opening.
- Work effectively in a fast‑paced environment while providing quality service in a professional, courteous, and helpful manner.
- Possess strong inter‑personal, motivational, delegation, and follow‑up skills, with a willingness to accept responsibility.
- Ability to train others and monitor work habits.
- Demonstrate a positive, mature, and professional leadership style, with a solid understanding of policies and procedures.
- Desire to advance to management, despite this being a non‑management position.
- Complete and pass the designated Level 1 First‑Aid Course within one month of commencing the position.
- Experience in merchandising and ability to work with a sense of urgency, combined with excellent communication skills.

Applicants must be available to work an overnight shift between 10:00 P.M. and 6:30 A.M., Monday to Sunday.
