Service Specialist – London Drugs

We are seeking innovative, customer-focused people to join our team! This role is key to providing a superlative shopping experience.

Responsibilities
  • Provide assistance to customers throughout the General Sales area.
  • Handle customer issues and supervise the front end of the store while on duty.
  • Monitor cashier coverage, maintain front‑end supplies, replenish change float, and answer calls for customer assistance at checkouts.
  • Work effectively in a fast‑paced environment and deliver high quality service in a professional, courteous, and helpful manner.
  • Train and mentor team members, monitor their work habits, and maintain a positive, mature, and professional leadership style.
  • Cope with stress, pressure, and remain calm when dealing with difficult situations.
Qualifications
  • Superior customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication skills – good listener, patient, articulate.
  • Motivational and delegation skills, ability to train others and monitor performance.
  • Good interpersonal skills; ability to accept responsibility.
  • Experience supervising is an asset.
  • Available to work a flexible schedule, Monday to Sunday.
