Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities include:

• Leading and developing a professional store team to meet company goals and improve individual objectives.
• Collaborating with training teams to develop a gold standard team.
• Setting weekly/monthly objectives for the team.
• Ensuring all employees present professionally and deliver high levels of customer service.
• Properly displaying merchandise according to visual guidelines.
• Collaborating with support departments to utilize company resources effectively.
• Working with Human Resources on policies, procedures, and development planning.
• Performing additional duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
