Customer service duties like welcome, check identification, and guide visitorsManage access controlConduct foot patrols to identify potential risksInspect security equipment and report any maintenance needsPerform computer tasksAddress incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teamsWrite incident reports and communicate security concernsAnswer questions in person or by phoneQualifications for Concierge Security Guard
Be authorized to legally work in CanadaHold a valid BC security worker licenseHold a valid AST (required)First aid certification (an asset)Exceptional customer service skills and de-escalation experienceProficient in basic phone & computer skillsThis could be more than a job!
