We are hiring Armed Driver Cash Transporter’s for our Cash Services division at our branch in Vancouver, BC.

Perform the pickups and delivery of values safely and efficiently for each clientReload or perform minor repairs on ABM (automated banking machine) from various financial institutionsEnsure a safe environment for your colleagues and customersFollow established routes and schedules closelyDrive an armored vehicle and respect road safety at all timesLoad and unload the armored vehicleComplete the necessary daily reports and paperworkResponsible for the distribution and receipt of moneybags, receipts, daily route guides, route keys to fellow Armed Driver/MessengersVerify bulk orders received from the vault, other departments, and external sourcesRespect the procedures and regulations initiated by Garda World CashAdditional job duties may be assigned as necessaryWhat we’re looking for
Possess a valid
Restricted and Non-Restricted endorsed Firearms License (PAL: Possession and Acquisition License)Possess a
valid class 5 driver's license with a maximum loss of 6 demerit pointsPossess a British Colombia Security Licence or be willing to obtain it if hiredCapable to lift loads up to 50 poundsAvailable to work on-call for evenings, nights and or weekend shifts with no minimum guaranteed hoursReliable, conscientious, responsible, and committed to safe job performanceCustomer service oriented and skillful in managing stressful situationsHighly organized and comfortable working with minimal supervisionEager to work in a fast-paced environment and capable to cope with pressure and tight timelinesTo accelerate your application process, please attach a copy of your Restricted PAL (front and back) with your resume if applicable.
Successful candidates will be required to complete a free training as required by the Federal Government for this role.
