As a Concierge Security Guard, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people all shift, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

• Competitive hourly wage of $24.75
• We will invest in you, covering the costs of continuing education through Garda World Academy
• Part‑time work with the schedule from Sunday to Monday with shifts time: 07:00‑15:30 or 15:30‑00:00

• Customer service duties like welcome, check identification, and guide visitors
• Manage access control
• Conduct foot patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Perform computer tasks
• Address incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Answer questions in person or by phone

• Be authorized to legally work in Canada
• Hold a valid BC security worker license
• Hold a valid AST (required)
• First aid certification (an asset)
• Exceptional customer service skills and de‑escalation experience
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
