Front-End Engineer

Are you excited to build products that are used by Amazon customers all over the world? As a Front-End Engineer, you’ll work closely with experienced developers to build and enhance the user-facing side of software.

This role offers a unique opportunity to participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from UX and design to deployment and maintenance.

As a Front-End Engineer, you’ll deliver software components and collaborate with stakeholders to implement high-quality user experiences. Your day-to-day will include participating in stand-ups, reviewing code, resolving issues, and ensuring your team’s software is reliable and maintainable.

You’ll contribute to features that impact customers globally and work on scalable solutions with an emphasis on performance and customer experience. This is a chance to grow within Amazon, take on technical ownership, and shape how users interact with Amazon’s products.

Amazon provides a comprehensive compensation package that includes base salary, equity, and potential sign-on bonuses. A full range of medical, financial, and other benefits are included based on the role. Salary ranges from $89,700 to $149,800 per year, depending on knowledge, skills, and experience.

• Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and OO design
• Preferred:
  Previous internships in Front-End or Web Development
• Familiarity with frameworks like React or Vue
• Basic skills in UI/UX Design and strong customer focus
