What you'll be doing...
Developing new features and functionality for Visiers People, and other Visier applicationsGathering requirements and designing new software featuresContributing innovative ideas to help the team continuously improve in terms of process and best practiceLeading and mentoring junior software developersLeading by example by demonstrating software development best practiceWhat you'll bring to the table...
Extensive client-side software development experienceExperienced working with relevant web technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular, React or Vue.Excellent coding skills in at least one object-oriented server programming language (Unix environment).Excellent knowledge of data structures and algorithms.Great assets would be: experience with functional programming languages, modern web technologies, data science or patternsAbility to work quickly to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Commitment to disciplined and top-quality software development.Most importantly, you share our values...

The compensation offered will be determined by factors such as relevant qualifications, experience, knowledge and skills. Many of our positions are eligible for additional types of compensation (e.g., commission plans, bonus, etc.) which our Talent Acquisition team will share with you if you interview for the role.
