Breakout AI is an early-stage, seed-funded Gen AI startup founded by ex-Googlers and backed by top Silicon Valley investors. We are building autonomous agents that can independently own different parts of the sales process. The future of the Sales team is 100x Sales Reps empowered by AI teammates which can autonomously own different aspects of the sales process.

The founders come with a deep experience of the problem space, past experience of scaling a B2B startup to 10s of millions in dollars in revenue, and 8M+ developers (Hacker Earth) and applying generative AI to the largest ad network in the world (Google). We are deeply enthusiastic about this problem as we have seen this problem first-hand while scaling sales teams.

We are now looking for a talented, enthusiastic Backend Developer to help us create an exceptional user experience for our autonomous agents. If you are interested in solving a massive problem (100B+ TAM), leveraging the most impactful tech development of the last 2 decades, working with a team of successful founders and a kick‑ass team and you love pushing code, then let’s talk 🙂

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack LLM applications with a strong emphasis on Python back‑end development
• Collaborate with AI/ML team to seamlessly integrate AI capabilities into our platform
• Optimize Python code for performance, scalability, and reliability across the stack
• Build and deploy new features rapidly, ensuring high‑quality code and user experience

• 4+ years of experience building Python frameworks like Django or Flask full time
• BA/BS in computer science, math, sciences, or a related degree from a top school
• Super eager to learn and get hands‑on with AI/ML
• Have built generative AI applications, either at work or as a side project
