You Will

• Perform lifeguard duties and ensure guest safety
• Organize with the land sport supervisor the monitoring of all pool areas in the resort according to company standards and procedures
• Coordinate work load and task distribution with the other lifeguards
• Update posting and signage information when needed
• Respect the standards of the resort in particular those on pool safety and hygiene
• Implement corrective actions when necessary
• Manage all materials and maintain in good condition
• Inform the land sport supervisor or the sports manager of any possible issues
