Warehouse Associate

In this role, the Employee is responsible for the daily operations of the warehouse to support safe and efficient logistics activities.

• Receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming shipments of goods.
• Picking, packing, labeling, and preparing goods for shipment according to company standards.
• Operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment in a safe and compliant manner.
• Conducting routine inventory counts and assisting with stock rotation and inventory reconciliation.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the warehouse to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
• Following all safety procedures and protocols in compliance with WorkSafeBC regulations and internal safety policies.
• Reporting any safety hazards, equipment malfunctions, or inventory discrepancies to the Warehouse Supervisor or Manager.
• Assisting in loading and unloading trucks and supporting the logistics team as needed.
• Maintaining cleanliness and general upkeep of the assigned working place, including the area they may use.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
• Able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Basic math and reading skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Familiarity with inventory systems or scanners is an asset
• Forklift certification is an advantage (but not mandatory)
• Must be punctual, dependable, and safety-focused

• Monday to Friday
• Occasional weekends or overtime based on business needs
