Logistics and Warehouse Operator (18‑month contract)

Join AbCellera’s Facilities Operations team as a Logistics and Warehouse Operator for an 18‑month term. You’ll help ensure materials are handled and distributed safely, efficiently, and on time.

• Oversee receipt, shipment and delivery of goods, including regular counting, picking, packing, shipment sampling, sortation system, and inventory management.
• Execute material transactions in a timely manner, including temperature‑sensitive and dangerous goods.
• Assess shipment conditions, stock supply rooms and complete shipping documentation, signing delivery slips.
• Handle materials such as lab coats and laboratory waste containers and move pallets using a forklift.
• Maintain warehouse and shipping‑receiving areas in a clean, secure, orderly fashion at all times; replenish shipping supplies as needed.
• Resolve or escalating shipment issues and liaise with stakeholders including customs brokers promptly.
• Transport materials between buildings using the company van.
• Adhere to established safety procedures and SOPs in a cGMP environment.

• At least 2 years of warehouse experience.
• TDG certification and a valid class 4 driver’s licence.
• Valid forklift licence or willingness to obtain one.
• Self‑motivated, fast learner, collaborative team player, creative problem solver.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lb and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Experience in a GMP warehouse environment (desirable).

AbCellera’s hiring range is CAD $54,500 – $68,000 annually, commensurate with education and experience. In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus dependent on team and company performance and a 6 % (non‑match) RRSP contribution.
