CAN Warehouse Associate –
ZO Skin Health, Inc.

• Order‑Pick‑Pack‑Ship: Efficiently pick customer orders for shipment, ensuring that the correct number and type of product is picked, packed and shipped accurately. Assemble various types of merchandise for shipment. Carry or transport orders to shipping locations with material handling equipment. Process all packed orders through ERP/WMS and follow all required procedures.
• Repack: Repack and weigh any orders that require such handling when necessary. Report quality variances.
• Quality: Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage. Daily incoming packages of pharmaceutical and medical surgical products are signed, counted, received and stored in the proper areas, with special emphasis on controlled substances. Maintain proper packaging for extreme heat and cold.
• Equipment: Operate MHE in order fulfillment duties, inspect and perform minor maintenance on equipment as required.
• Inventory: Develop a steady flow for picking product, conduct cycle counts and physical inventories as required, restock inventory by appropriate locations and expiration dates to avoid stock‑out situations.
• Safety, Sanitation, Security: Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area, assist in maintaining security of the warehouse, conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety and comply with GMP & OSH standards.

  Skills:
  
  Minimum of 1 year in a similar position preferred. Must read and count accurately, do simple math, and write legibly. Able to operate a handheld scanner, pallet jack, and radio frequency equipment. Capable of sitting, standing, and walking for extended periods; frequent reaching, bending, crouching, and climbing. Ability to lift 75 lb required.
