The Opportunity:

We are looking for a highly organized and technical  Australian Solar & Battery Operations Coordinator/ PM   to manage the complete lifecycle of our residential and commercial solar & battery projects. You will be the  engine room  of our operations, taking ownership of everything from initial system design and quoting to stock management, grid approvals, and final STC processing.

What You’ll Do?

This is a dynamic, end-to-end role suitable for someone who understands the  Australian solar landscape  (AS/NZS standards, DNSP requirements, and STC legislation) and thrives on delivering seamless project execution.
End-to-End Management:
Oversee the complete setup of all solar and battery jobs from sale to activation.
Design:
Create accurate PV & Battery systems using Open Solar, OWS, or similar software.
Sales Support:
Prepare, revise, and send quotes to customers with active follow-up.
Approvals:
Lodge and manage Grid Connection Applications with DNSPs (Ausgrid, SAPN, etc.) to secure approvals.
Logistics:
Manage stock organization (panels, inverters, batteries, BOS) and prepare for upcoming jobs.
Coordination:
Allocate jobs to installers and communicate specific site requirements.
Compliance:
Prepare STC paperwork, manage evidence, and ensure all installations meet Australian Standards.
Tracking:
Monitor job progress, inspections, and accreditation requirements to ensure strict timelines are met.

What you bring:

Experience:

2+ years in Australian Solar Ops or Coordination.
Tech Stack:
Proficiency in Open Solar/OWS, Nearmap, and CRM tools.
Knowledge:
Strong understanding of solar components (Fronius, Sungrow, etc.), STC legislation, and DNSP portals.
Communication:
Clear, professional communication with both installers and customers.
