In this role, you will report to the Group IT Infrastructure Manager. Your workplace will be at LU-VE S.p.A., Uboldo, Italy.
Mission of the role
The Digital Workplace & Service Specialist is responsible for the design, management and continuous improvement of the company’s Digital Workplace, ensuring a seamless, secure and integrated user experience. The role oversees the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (with a focus on SharePoint, Teams, and Power Platform), governs service management processes based on ITIL best practices and drives technology adoption to support hybrid work models.
Responsibilities
Define and manage the Digital Workplace strategy, integrating tools, processes, and physical/virtual spaces.
Administer and govern the Microsoft 365 environment (SharePoint, Teams, One Drive, Viva, Power Platform).
Ensure information security and compliance in line with company policies and regulations (GDPR, NIS2, DLP).
Implement and oversee IT Service Management processes (Incident, Change, Request, Problem Management).
Develop and maintain a Service Catalog and an up-to-date Knowledge Base.
Promote adoption and effective use of digital tools through training, communication, and change management initiatives.
Coordinate external vendors and technology partners for Digital Workplace projects.
Monitor KPI and SLA related to IT services and the digital workplace, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Support smart working and hybrid work strategies, ensuring alignment between physical and digital work spaces.
Qualifications and experience
Experience:
At least 4–6 years of experience in roles related to SharePoint/M365, Workplace Management, or Service Management.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Engineering, or related fields (preferred but not mandatory).
Fluent English (written and spoken).
Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online/On-Premise and Microsoft 365.
Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
Solid understanding of IT Service Management (ITIL v4 or equivalent).
Familiarity with ITSM/ticketing systems (e.g., Service Now, Jira Service Management, Fresh service).
Awareness of cybersecurity and compliance in cloud environments.
Ability to design and manage an integrated Digital Workplace.
Experience in IT Project Management and Digital Transformation.
Business analysis and requirement gathering skills.
Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors.
Strategic vision and leadership.
Preferred certifications:
Microsoft 365 Certified (Teams, SharePoint, Enterprise Admin)
ITIL v4 Foundation / Intermediate
Project Management certifications (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent)
