$95-$110K - negotiable - based on experience

Our client is a reputable Civil Construction Contractor based in the Greater Toronto Area, with a portfolio of high‑profile projects spanning the province.

Ideal Candidate
  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Engineering Tech or C.E.T, with strong technical knowledge.
  • Minimum 6 years progressing in the construction industry, experienced in managing Water/Sewer Projects.
  • Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal, online).
  • Ability to understand engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage project activities.
  • Demonstrated commitment to team and company goals.
  • Experience developing customer‑focused client relationships.
  • Creative problem solving with foresight and versatility.
  • Experience with AutoCAD and industry related software.
Required Responsibilities
  • Liaise with clients, sub‑contractors, vendors, and the entire team.
  • Prepare regular progress reports.
  • Prepare subcontracts, P.O’s, change orders and site instructions.
  • Participate in tender and contract preparation, partner with the Estimator to assemble bids, track inquiries and requests for pricing.
  • Maintain safety records and conduct basic safety audits.
  • Compile close‑out checklist and submit close‑out documents, prepare Certificates of Completion and arrange for Certificates of Publication at close‑out.
  • Participate in project meetings and prepare minutes.
  • Administrative tasks: scheduling meetings, communications, email correspondence, letters, couriers, etc.
