Bilingual Customer Service Administrator
Full-Time Permanent
Location: Onsite to start, then hybrid after training – Concord, ON
Hours: 8am to 4pm or 8:30 to 4:pm or 9‑5 (client has flexibility on hours)
Salary: Up to 51K + up to 5% bonus
Company: Our client is a worldwide leader in consumer products. Due to this continued growth, they are looking to add a talented Bilingual Customer Service Administrator to their team of professionals.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bilingual (Eng/French) spoken and written
- Business or Administrative Diploma, Degree, or equivalent experience
- At least two (2) years related experience in customer service-order management
- Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint required
- Power BI and SAP knowledge considered an asset
- Strong interpersonal skills coupled with excellent written and oral communication skills
- Advanced organization, accuracy and administrative skills to ensure and maintain a high level of data integrity
- Strong ability to manage time and priorities in a deadline driven and fast‑paced environment
- Should be a Team player and having result orientated mindset
- Ability to work independently with a positive attitude and persistent aptitude for following up with external clients
- Capable of good tact, judgment and diplomacy in handling communication with customers and internal clients
- Strong creative problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and requests will be essential
- Ability to work well under pressure and work extra hours when needed to complete requests and projects
