Serve Planet Fitness members at Westdale Mall in Mississauga through front desk service, phone support, account updates, and member check-ins.
This Member Services Representative position supports members, prospective members, and guests with positive customer service. You will answer questions, conduct tours, calculate membership payments, and assist with club operations. The role also includes cleanliness checks and assigned duties.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet members, prospective members, and guests professionally
- Answer phones and assist callers with questions
- Check members into the system
- Conduct tours and sign up new members
- Update accounts and address concerns promptly
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- At least 18 years of age
- Basic computer proficiency
- Customer service background preferred
- Punctuality, reliability, and strong listening skills
