Job Description
As a senior member of our geoscience team, you will:
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of complex ground investigations.
- Mentor and supervise junior geologists and field technicians.
- Oversee installation and interpretation of geotechnical instrumentation and downhole testing programs.
- Provide technical guidance and quality assurance across multidisciplinary teams (Hydrogeological, Environmental, Geomatics).
- Drive innovation through digital tools and advanced field methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards and proactively improve safety practices.
- Support proposal development, client engagement, and project delivery strategies.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Geoscience or Geological Engineering.
- P.Geo. designation in good standing.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive field geology experience, preferably in Ontario.
- Senior Field Geologist role, candidates must have 10+ years of proven Field Geologist experience in Ontario.
- Proven leadership in field operations and team management.
- Strong technical expertise in geotechnical instrumentation and ground investigation techniques.
- Willingness to travel across Ontario and occasionally out-of-province.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Valid Ontario Class G driver's license.

Expected compensation for this role is between $100,200 - $137,700 annually. Base salaries are determined according to several parameters like skills, experience, and potential impact on the role. Internal and external competitiveness are also taken into account in our offers.
