As an Intermediate Water Resources Engineer, you will manage designs, studies, and reports through review and approval processes. Responsibilities include MECP Environmental Compliance Approval submissions, stormwater and servicing reports, pump station design, and septic system design. Success requires practical judgment, detailed documentation, and clear communication.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare MECP Environmental Compliance Approval applications
- Coordinate responses to municipal and agency review comments
- Design pump stations and septic systems
- Prepare supporting calculations, drawings, and technical reports
- Advance subdivision and site plan applications through approvals
- Degree in civil, water resources, or related engineering
- Minimum five years designing stormwater management systems
- Ontario Professional Engineer registration or active progress
- Experience preparing MECP Environmental Compliance Approval submissions
- Ability to independently prepare reports and obtain approvals
