Now that you know about us, we want to know more about you! We are looking for someone who can deliver:

  • Work closely with Technicians nationwide to support parts replenishment and make necessary adjustments
  • Process daily and weekly air freight orders
  • Working together with other teams (warehouse, customer service etc.)
  • Respond to emails and complete inventory adjustments in a timely manner
  • Submit claims for missing parts to Germany
  • Activate and maintain part numbers in the system
  • Prepare, coordinate and complete inventory counts for all technicians across the country
  • Work on inventory counts at the warehouse as needed
  • We think it would be awesome if you have:

  • 2- 5 years’ experience in inventory control or related field
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • SAP experience an asset
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
