What You'll Do

We are looking for a highly skilled Data & Business Intelligence Developer with hands‑on experience across modern data platforms and analytics technologies.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SQL, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Synapse, and data pipelines, with a deep understanding of end‑to‑end data architecture, ETL processes, and CI/CD best practices.

This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing data solutions that enable reliable reporting, analytics, and enterprise‑wide decision‑making.

  • Design, build, and maintain ETL/ELT workflows using tools such as Azure Data Factory, Synapse Pipelines, or Fabric Data Pipelines.
  • Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and data transformations.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across integrated systems.
  • Design scalable and efficient data models for analytics, reporting, and operational needs.
  • Understand and document end‑to‑end data flows between applications, cloud services, databases, and enterprise systems.
  • Implement data governance, metadata, and lineage practices in alignment with organizational standards.
BI Development
  • Build intuitive, interactive, and high‑performing dashboards and visualizations using Power BI.
  • Develop semantic models, DAX measures, and optimized data sets for self‑service analytics.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into actionable insights.
  • Work with cloud‑based data platforms such as Microsoft Fabric and Azure Synapse Analytics.
  • Implement and manage Data Lakes, Lake houses, Warehouses, and Real‑Time Analytics components.
  • Improve performance through partitioning, indexing, caching, and other best practices.
CI/CD & Dev Ops
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines for data solutions and BI assets using Azure Dev Ops or Git‑based workflows.
  • Manage source control, branching strategies, and automated deployment processes.
  • Ensure repeatability, traceability, and quality of all data releases.
What You’ll Bring
  • 3–6+ years of hands‑on experience in data engineering and BI development.
  • Expert‑level skills in SQL (data transformations, performance tuning, stored procedures).
  • Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and Azure Synapse.
  • Strong knowledge of data pipelines, orchestration, ETL/ELT concepts, and data ingestion frameworks.
  • Experience working with diverse datasets across applications, cloud platforms, and APIs.
  • Practical experience with Git and CI/CD processes for data/BI solutions.
  • Strong understanding of data architecture patterns (medallion architecture, lakehouse, warehouse models).
Nice‑to‑Have Skills
  • Knowledge of real‑time data streaming solutions (Event Hub, Kafka).
  • Exposure to enterprise systems like D365 F&O, Salesforce, or eCommerce platforms.
  • Experience with data governance tools (Purview), cataloging, or security frameworks.
Soft Skills
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Detail‑oriented with a focus on quality, accuracy, and performance.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
