The mission of the Supply Chain Solution Delivery Department is to design, build, deliver, and operate robust, efficient, and scalable Supply Chain technology solutions that align with our strategic business and technology goals.

Aritzia is growing, and our Supply Chain Solution Delivery team is expanding. This role offers the chance to be part of a team responsible for designing, implementing, and improving technology solutions to support Supply Chain functions. As a Solution Systems Support Analyst, you will maintain high-quality solutions, support seamless operations, and grow your knowledge in Technology and Supply Chain. As the Solution Systems Support Analyst, Supply Chain Technology, you will:

• Implement structured testing to ensure functionality and address deficiencies.
• Support release management for smooth deployment of solutions.
• Monitor and maintain systems to ensure effective operation.
• Provide Tier 2 support to resolve incident escalations.
• Ensure effective delivery and management of technology solutions for business partners.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Skills, education, and certifications in Warehouse Management Systems (preferably BY WMS), parcel systems, databases, SQL, MOCA development or similar, and tracing experience.
• Experience with spreadsheets and file types like .xml, .txt, .csv, .json.
• Knowledge of testing, technical support, ITIL, ticket environments, and job schedulers.
• A commitment to learning and applying Aritzia's values and leadership principles.
• Strong collaboration skills and a focus on quality and results.

The typical salary range is $100,000 to $150,000 CAD per year, with potential bonuses. Final salary depends on experience and skills.
