Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the global rollout schedule, ensuring alignment with regional deployment plans
- Track milestones, deliverables, and dependencies across multiple regional streams
- Facilitate regular status meetings and provide consolidated progress reports to program leadership
- Document/record minutes and follow up on action items, as required
- Maintain a centralized risk and issue log for the global program, ensuring all regional PMs are actively updating and managing the tool
- Proactively identify potential risks, escalate critical issues, and track mitigation plans
- Schedule and coordinate RAID meetings on a regular basis
- Support governance processes by preparing risk dashboards and presenting updates to steering committees
- Assist in resource allocation across global teams, ensuring optimal utilization
- Track resource availability and forecast future needs based on rollout phases
- Coordinate onboarding and training schedules for project team members
- Maintain and manage the constraints calendar
- Manage the scheduling and preparation for Program Governance sessions (Steering, Program Integration, and Change Control Board)
- Coordinate integration activities between regional streams, SI vendor and Redpath stakeholders
- Monitor interface development and testing timelines to ensure readiness for deployment
- Work closely with technical teams to resolve issues promptly
- Support the Change Management Office, Team and Lead with communications coordination, maintaining key program change documentation such as a change impact log, facilitating town halls and/or key stakeholder meetings, risk and issue management coordination, and acting as liaison between regional and global stakeholders
- Act as a liaison between global and regional teams to ensure consistent communication
- Prepare and distribute program updates, dashboards, and executive summaries
- Support change management activities by coordinating communication plans and stakeholder engagement
- Maintain accurate program documentation, including plans, logs, and governance records; maintain and update meeting minutes, action items and RAID log
- Support lessons-learned sessions and incorporate feedback into future rollout phases
- 5 to 10 years project experience
- 2 to 3 years program management experience
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with experience in large-scale ERP implementations
- Knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle Fusion) and integration principles
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Office, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment with multiple time zones
- Mining engineering and/or mining construction experience is an asset
- Extended international travel may be required
- Hybrid role: a minimum of 3 days in Vaughan office per week
